Buisness Aviation crew visa requirements for India

CREW VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR INDIA

All general aviation crew arriving in India must carry with them a valid BUSINESS VISA issued by the Indian Embassy / Consulate or an E-BUSINESS VISA available online.

If time permitting, it is recommended that they carry with them a valid Business Visa issued by the Indian Embassy/Consulate.

For applying the Business Visa, some Embassies ask for an invitation/sponsorship letter which VVIP Flight will gladly provide.

 E-VISA PORT OF ENTRY FOR INDIA:

Crew or Passengers holding e-Visa will be allowed to enter into India only through the designated international airports namely:

 VIDP (Delhi), VABB (Mumbai), VOMM (Chennai),VECC (Kolkata), VOTV (Thiruvananthapuram), VOBL (Bengaluru), VOHS (Hyderabad),  VOCI (Cochin), VOGO (Goa), VAAH (Ahmedabad), VIAR (Amritsar), VEGY (Gaya), VIJP (Jaipur),  VILK (Lucknow), VOTR (Trichy), VEBS (Varanasi), VOCI (Calicut), VOML (Mangalore), VAPO  (Pune), VANP  (Nagpur),  VOCB  (Coimbatore), VEBD (Bagdogra),  VEGT (Guwahati), VICG  (Chandigarh), VOVZ  (Visakhapatnam), VOMD  (Madurai), VEBS  (Bhubaneswar),  VOPB   (Port Blair)

VALIDITY OF E-VISA

The validity of e-visa will be 365 days from the date of grant.

ENTRIES ON E-VISA

Multiple entries are permitted on e-business visa.

STAY ON E-VISA

Continuous stay during each visit shall not exceed 180 days.
